Sunbaby is a one-size pocket diaper. However, there are two size versions of this diaper. You can see the difference here. I was given a size 2 for Nathan since he is 16 months old and currently 20 pounds. The diaper has 3 rise settings as well as hip and stomach snaps. The inside is a soft microfleece while the outside is PUL material.
(I tried to get a pic of the diaper on Nathan but he wouldn’t stay still long enough!)
I loved how soft his diaper was on Nathan and how it kept him feeling dry. I also found it easy to find a good fit for him as there are lots of options. As usual, I liked the snap closures as they last longer and the diapers stay on the child better. I found the diaper very trim fitting yet absorbent as well.
The only thing I wish was different was the fabric that covered the opening for the insert. If there is poo on that piece it can be messy when trying to get the insert out. (I always take the insert out before spraying the poo into the toilet). Also, I did find that the shell took slightly longer to dry than some of my other pocket diapers. However, it was not a significant amount of time.
Sunbaby’s are also a very affordable pocket diaper which is always a plus!
