Growing up as a child I can remember eating curry just once. It was at an Indian restaurant where the front looked like the Taj Mahal. I don’t remember being too impressed with dinner but I sure did love the gulab jamun! Fast forward to when I met my husband and I was immediately immersed in the Indian culture. My husband and I lived in dorms that didn’t have a kitchen however, my sister-in law lived in one that did. So she would make the most amazing meals for my husband and I while we were dating.
Once we were married and had a kitchen of our own my husband took over cooking duty and my love of curry has continued to increase over the last 10 years.
Tuna curry specifically is one of my children’s favourite meals. It’s quick to make, budget friendly and tastes great! Pair it with some warm roti and voila! Dinner is served.
