Here we are again at the end of the work week and that means meal planning time for us! The weather is cool now and there has been some snow on and off the last few days. Cool weather always makes me more inclined to make warm meals for dinner to counter the chill and dark outside. This week we are also celebrating a birthday which means a special meal along with some birthday cake and ice cream.
Most of the meals this week are based on what we have in our fridge, pantry and freezer. The remaining items are filled based on what is on sale.

Chicken alfredo pasta and salad
Ribs (crockpot), yam fries and green beans
Hamburgers and oven fries
Planko crusted salmon, wild rice and peas
Vegetable fried rice & spring rolls
Chicken curry, rice and raita
